‘Persona 5’ Royal Crossover in ‘Another Eden’ Now Available
2 min readAnother Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space, the story-driven JRPG from WFS, summons Joker, Morgana, and the Phantom Thieves from ATLUS’ Persona 5 Royal into the fight to save the future via a free and permanent crossover event, debuting today for iOS and Android devices.
Accessible after completion of chapter two in Another Eden, a prologue to the crossover Symphony “Bound Wills and the Hollow Puppeteer” is unlocked, while the full saga is available upon completion of chapter 13. After rendezvousing with the iconic gang of thieves, Joker and Morgana from Persona 5 Royal become playable characters.
Another Eden pays homage to classic JRPGs, featuring a gripping scenario and epic soundtrack from beloved industry veterans like Masato Kato (Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenogears) and Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenogears). The protagonist Aldo and a character roster of more than 100 Allies must travel through time to restore history by defeating the wicked forces of the Beast King.
The story-driven experience delivers the features mobile players expect, such as an ever-expanding roster of characters and regularly-added story content building upon the narrative while eschewing energy timers and limited-time events to let players experience this time-hopping tale at their own pace and enjoy strategic turn-based battles.
The Persona 5 Royal crossover content provides bonus rewards for playing at launch. For the first two weeks, the daily login bonus increases to 50 Chronos Stones from the usual 20, and a special “Fateful Encounter”* campaign in which users can Encounter 10 Allies for 500 Chronos Stones (paid) is available.
*This can be accessed from the Gallery of Dreams after clearing Main Story Chapter 10.
This event represents the first time the international version of Another Eden, released in more than 40 countries, receives a content update simultaneously with the Japanese version of the game. The Persona 5 Royal character voices are in Japanese and are voiced by the original voice actors Jun Fukuda (Joker) and Ikue Otani (Morgana).
