Centipede: Recharged, the neon-fueled re-imagining of the arcade classic from publisher Atari in collaboration with developers Adamvision Studios and SneakyBox Studios, delivers explosive insect extermination Wednesday, September 29 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 & 4, Xbox Series X|S & One, Steam as well as Epic Games Store for Windows PC, in addition to Atari VCS with exclusive content.
The arcade classic returns with overhauled visuals for fast-paced high score chasing chaos with solo and two-player simultaneous co-op modes, set to a soundtrack by award-winning composer Megan McDuffee. Utilize new power-ups like explosive bullets and mirror shots, and master their usage in the more than two dozen challenges.
Take advantage of the latest hardware with 4K and 120 Hz support on Series X and PS5, DualSense haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, up to 240 Hz on PC, and additional Challenges exclusive to the Atari VCS version.
